We offer a variety of fun and creative, engaging camps led by enthusiastic artists and arts educators with professional training in their field and extensive programming experience. They are passionate about encouraging children to make art, act, sing and dance!  To meet some of our Summer Arts Camp Staff, click here.
Camps are half day, or full day. Full lunch supervision provided. Children attending a morning half day camp and an afternoon half day camp will also be supervised over the lunch hour. Week of July 2-5

If you want to have a blast using  your imagination to make characters and stories come alive this camp is for  you! Children will explore the performing arts in a creative and fun space,  enjoying theatre games and activities centered around drama, movement,  improvisation, singing and storytelling. Short performance at the end of the  week for parents and friends. A fantastic chance to create a living, magical world in miniature! Children will create characters, buildings, animals and more, all set in a lush, green world of plants.  Traditional themes can include fairies, elves and woodland creatures but it could just as easily be a world of monsters, dinosaurs or even a world inspired by favourite fantasy book or movie.  Drawing: Fantasy, Sci Fi and More!,  Ages 8-12,  1-4pm

Do you love comics, animation, fantasy? Do you love to draw? Come learn  how to draw whatever your imagination can dream up! We will explore proportion,  composition, colour and other artistic elements to create a world of fantastic  characters, scenes and situations using pencil, pen, markers, coloured pencils,  pastels and more in this fun and creative camp. Leader Alfredo Galvan has experience with automotive design, animation for television and movies, as  well as comic strip and book illustration.

If you have taken a film making  camp with Dave then signup for this enhanced level 2 program. Continue to explore the skills of directing, lighting and editing as well as  try working with green screen and storyboard creation.  More opportunity to experiment with pro cameras and software as well as  learning to use the tools you might already possess (bring any smart  phones, video cameras, laptops or tablets you have).
